The Wild Beauty Bar

Why I Started My Own Practice

I began my aesthetics journey in 2003. Back then, advanced aesthetics looked very different than it does today. Chemical peels and microdermabrasion were the gold standard, and many of the technologies we now take for granted hadn’t even entered the market yet. Over the last two decades, I’ve had a front-row seat to the evolution of aesthetic medicine. I’ve watched lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound, plasma technologies, body contouring devices, skin rejuvenation treatments, and countless other innovations emerge, evolve, and either fall off or improve. I’ve also seen a lot of hype.

Over the years, I’ve watched manufacturers and sales representatives overpromise, devices underdeliver, and clinics purchase expensive technology without fully understanding how it works or how to maximize its potential—spending tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands, for subpar results. Not all devices are created equal, and not all treatments are performed with the same level of expertise. I often tell my clients that aesthetic devices are a lot like cars. There is a huge difference between a Kia and a Ferrari, yet on average, you’re going to pay about the same price for the treatment you choose, no matter where you go. I want to make sure your dollars get you into the Ferrari every 👏 single 👏 time!

You also need to make sure you have someone who knows how to drive that high-performance sports car.
Those are the two factors that determine your results. It’s truly an incredible time in advanced and medical aesthetics. I’ve seen—and I know you’ve seen—people achieve surgical-level results without surgery. But not all places can deliver the highest-quality version of the treatment you want. The average client doesn’t see the differences in energy delivery, device engineering, treatment protocols, safety features, or clinical performance. They simply trust that they’re receiving the best treatment available and don’t know how to identify the highest-quality devices and practitioners.

Let’s be honest—you would basically have to switch your career to aesthetics to gain that level of knowledge and apply it successfully to ensure you’re always getting the most results for the money you invest. As a client, you shouldn’t have to become an expert in laser physics, radiofrequency, ultrasound, plasma technology, or collagen remodeling to make a good decision. That’s my job. After more than 20 years in aesthetics, I’ve learned which technologies consistently deliver and which ones rely more on marketing than performance. When you invest in your skin, I want your dollars working as hard as possible for you.

That’s why I’m incredibly selective about the devices, products, and protocols I bring into my practice. Every device, treatment, product, and protocol at The Wild Beauty Bar is chosen with one goal in mind: Results. Not trends. Not hype. Not what’s newest. Just real results. Everyone needs an Esty Bestie to tell you the truth! This is why every consultation includes a complimentary skin analysis and skin scan. I want to understand exactly what you’re trying to achieve and help create a roadmap to get there. Sometimes that roadmap includes treatments I offer. Sometimes it doesn’t.

After more than twenty years in this industry, I’ve built relationships with providers and specialists throughout the aesthetic community. If I believe someone else is better equipped to help you achieve a specific goal, I’ll happily point you in the right direction. Because at the end of the day, I don’t believe in selling treatments. I believe in solving problems. Your success is more important than where the treatment is performed. And that’s exactly how I think aesthetics should be. If you’re going to invest in your skin, I want to help ensure you’re getting the best results for the best price—not simply the treatment with the biggest marketing budget.
